Our process begins with a relocation coordinator. Every customer of Last Minute Moving, LLC is assigned a relocation coordinator who will manage your entire moving process. They will assist you with your move from beginning to end. Your coordinator is your point-person throughout the entire process.

Last Minute Moving, LLC assigns a lead to every move, regardless of the size or the distance so that you have a live-person to help and work with you throughout the duration of the move. Your relocation coordinator is your point person, they will stay on top of every step of your move using our centralized moving system. So, 24/7 we’re on top of every detail related to your move.

Any updates during the move will come from the coordinator. Additionally, any questions you may have or concerns that arise can be addressed by the coordinator with just a quick phone call.

The cost of a residential move can vary. There are a lot of factors that impact the cost of your move. They include the distance you’re moving, the size of your move, and the additional services that you require from us for your move.

More specifically some of the factors that will impact the cost of your residential move include:

  1. Distance of the move: Longer moves typically cost more than shorter moves, as there is a larger transportation cost. This includes things like fuel, labor, and tolls. 
  2. Size of the move: The amount of belongings you are moving will also impact the cost of your move.  
  3. Packing and unpacking services: If you opt to have us handle the packing and unpacking of your belongings, this obviously ads to the cost of your move.
  4. Specialty items: Moving items that require special handling, such as pianos, art, or antiques, can also impact the cost of a move.
  5. Insurance: If you opt to purchase insurance to protect your belongings during the move, this will also add to the overall cost of the move.
  6. Junk Removal: We have a full-service junk removal division, so provide the most economical junk removal options in the region.
  7. We will work with you to provide the best option for your budget, while still providing the services that your move requires. 
  1. Inventory of moving/packing supplies: If you decide to pack yourself, we can deliver boxes to your door. 
  • Transport costs – gas, fuel, tolls
  • Shrink Wrap, Tape, Blanket Rental
  • Disassembly and Assembly of Furniture

Last Minute Moving is in our name, so we’ve factored in all of the considerations, and we special transparent pricing that is based on an hourly and flat rates rate and includes packing.

For move day our rates are based on the size of your crew, and the number of trucks that you’re going to need for the move. The Last Minute Moving, LLC, moving coordinator assigned to your move will take care of the estimate for you, and you’ll be asked to sign off on every detail. So, you’ll know exactly what you’re paying for and what you’re not paying for.

Our time charge traditionally incudes X hours to load and unload, + the driving time from the pick-up point to your destination plus any tolls or other travel fees.

We don’t charge travel time to drive from our office to your pick up point. That Is another benefit of hiring a local moving and storage company.

Most commercial moves that we facilitate are full-service. They include all packing, wrapping, and handling of all of your individual items. If you want something different just let us know, we’re here to fit to your needs. We can customize our pricing to your specific needs.
